Booking
* All clients must be 18 years of age or over.
* Photographic ID is required at your first appointment to verify your age.
* Glo Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client at our professional discretion.
* We also reserve the right to postpone treatment if further assessment or investigation is required.
* You must read and sign all pre-treatment advice and consent forms prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your treatment being unable to proceed on the day. In this instance, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Child Supervision
Due to the nature of the treatments we provide and our insurance restrictions, children are not permitted on the premises.
If you arrive with a child, you will unfortunately be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments at Glo Aesthetics. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are taken at the time of booking through our online booking system. While deposits are strictly non-refundable, they may be transferred to a new date provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given. Appointment changes can be made directly through our booking system.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a further 50% deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
